DEH 1800 - Dental Hygiene Theory I

This course is a continuation of the theory and practical skills necessary for patient treatment. Topics include data collection and documentation, effective patient communication skills, principles for the prevention of oral disease, theory for scaling and coronal polishing, application of preventative agents, and oral home care instructions.
