This course is the first term for direct patient care where you will apply practical skills in a clinical setting including the prevention of oral disease, data collection, prophylaxis, application of preventative agents, and oral home care instructions. You will be required to successfully complete clinical processes pertaining to clinical procedures as well as a mandatory number of patients according to degree of difficulty.
