This clinical is part two of the medical-surgical nursing clinical. It reinforces the major diseases and disorders and the physiological impact of illness and disease upon individuals and correlates the knowledge of drugs, nutrition, and diseases to the nursing care of the medical-surgical patient. This course reinforces competence and commitment which are core concepts of the Practical Nursing program. You must earn a grade of P to complete this clinical.
