This course includes instruction in semiconductor devices; properties of semiconductor material; measurement and analysis of P-N diodes characteristics; and analysis and measurement of characteristics of special diodes, including tunnel rectifier Zener, varactor, bipolar transistors, field effect transistors, thyristors, op amps, and opto-electronic devices.
