This course will help you get and keep a job and provide the basis for career advancement throughout your life. You will develop the knowledge and understanding of the differences between the five diverse generations of people currently in the workforce to help you navigate cross-generational boundaries and excel in the workplace. You will develop survival skills for managing conflict, change, stress, and burnout as well as explore the new rules of technology etiquette, professionalism, ethics, and accountability needed in today’s work environment which will allow you to differentiate yourself in positive ways to build and foster relationships in your professional career.
